UNLISTED FOR RULER. RIC attested this type for Licinius only [THESSALONICA 43]. Note also similarity in obv. legend pattern [LICINIVS P F AVG]. Both coins belong to the same issue, obviously minted before Galerius' death, and therefore should be listed in the Group III.
