REVERSE	SOLIINVIC-TOCOMITI [SOLI INVICTO COMITI]; Sol stg. l. in quadriga, seen from front, raising r. hand, globe and whip in l. MSL in exergue.
NOT IN RIC	REVERSE VARIETY. Specimen similar to LONDON 84 except for the presence of letters in field [S in left field, P in right field]. According to RIC, LONDON 84 has "no letters in field" (footnote 84 on p. 102); see example of LONDON 84 (ex-Vogelaar; sold on Spink auction in March 2008 for $400). Note that elaborate cuirass sometimes resembles drapery, so bust type B5 may be recognized as B4 or a consular bust. Coin should be listed after LONDON 83.
